the staff was super friendly and helpful, making our experience a pleasure. the hotel is well-maintained and has cool sitting areas on each floor. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, it offers a taste of the colorful local culture. the best part was the hot water that never stopped, providing a comfortable and enjoyable shower. the room was clean and comfortable, with no insects or mold. the internet worked well, and the staff was always nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again when in Armenia. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.

The location was convenient for our day trip to Parque del Cafe, thanks to the easy access to the bus. The staff were great too accommodate our early check-in and early departure, even helping us with taxi arrangements and giving great food recommendations for delivery. The room, though small, wasnice and neat, providing a cozy space for us to rest. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for its helpful staff, convenient location, and comfortable rooms.
